After Submission

STEP 1: TRACKING

Once your application has been submitted, it can be tracked in the following way:

AUTOMATED SMS / EMAIL :

Receive an automated SMS and email at important stages of your visa application. You will be notified when the application process is complete. You can opt for this service at the time of submitting your application. This is a paid service.

ONLINE :

You can use our online tracking system to track your application once it has been submitted in one of our application centres.

STEP 2: COLLECTION

Once your application has been processed you can collect your passport or documents in the following way:

OCI Cards / Indian Passports / Consular Services Documents will be delivered by Post / Courier only once ready. Applicants are required to provide TWO (2) Self Addressed Return Envelope per application at the time of submission or seek information from the advisor at the application centre for courier services.

For Surrender of Indian Passport applications, kindly note to provide A4 size envelopes for the return delivery OR for further information, kindly seek advice from the submission centres.
